Main Team Meeting Objective

This is your final in-person team meeting! The focus of the team meeting this week is to continue preparation for the final presentation which will be filmed this week.

Advanced preparation for Team Meeting 10

Read about the practice sessions on Tuesday evening with several course instructors. While your presentation will not be in final form on Tuesday, your should have the full presentation structure and draft slides in place, including draft visuals. The actual presenters must be at the practice session. If your team is well prepared for the session, it will benefit from high-quality feedback. In the past, preparedness for the practice session has been a good indicator of how the team will do in the real thing.

Understand the general presentation requirements and the filming process.

Understand the timeline for the rest of the course, including the final presentation and course wrap up.

System integrators:
Make a plan for the product brochure. While the details of the brochure may be worked on after students leave campus, you'll want to plan your visuals ahead of time so that you can take any necessary photos for the product brochure before leaving campus.

Recommended Team Meeting 10 Activities

Begin with the standard meeting startup.

System integrators should present the agenda and make changes based on input from the team.

Financial officers should give a short budget update to the team.

Review the work plan proposed by the system integrators. Remember that there is a presentation practice session with course instructors Tuesday. Briefly review the current status of the prototypes and presentation design with reports from different task forces.
