This lecture describes the components that comprise a user persona. The beginning of the lecture discusses the importance of keeping options option and taking risks. While that part of the lecture was intended for last week, it is still relevant. As long as you have time, keep exploring. Don't close a door before you need to. Even after the sketch model review, big changes can happen as you learn more. And as we go deeper into the process, we still keep exploring, just with an increasingly narrowed focus.
